    • Account Confirmation: Within five (5) business days, you will receive a confirmation email welcoming you to the Kemet family.
    • Credit Card Payment: To make credit card payments, please email your Credit Card and Cardholder Information securely.

Custom & Special Editions Orders

To ensure a seamless experience for your custom and special edition orders, please note the following:

  • Deposit Requirement: A 50% deposit is required to initiate all custom and special edition orders.
  • Order Confirmation: Orders must be signed by the Owner/Buyer to proceed.
  • Minimum Order Quantities: Minimums apply for Sheet Sets and Duvet Cover Sets, and will vary by collection. These details will be communicated by your sales representative.

Lead Time:

Delivery timelines range from 30 to 120 days, depending on fabric availability.

Important Notes:

  • Final Sale: All custom and special edition orders are final sale and non-returnable.
  • Size Limitations: Size options and limitations may vary across collections. For detailed specifications, please contact our customer service team.

At Kemet Linen, we strive to ensure a seamless and distinguished experience for our valued partners. By placing an order, Kemet’s Certified Retail Store (KCRS) acknowledges and agrees to the following terms:

  1. Acceptance of Terms:
    Placement of an order constitutes full acceptance of Kemet Linen’s Terms and Conditions of Sale.
  2. Pricing:
    All pricing is subject to adjustment without prior notice, reflecting our commitment to offering only the finest quality products at fair value.
  3. Payment Terms:
    Payment is required by credit card unless alternative payment arrangements have been formally approved in advance by Kemet Linen.

Coverage:
Kemet Linen warrants its products against manufacturing defects for 30 days from the original purchase date. Valid claims will result in repair or replacement at our discretion, free of charge.

Important Notes:

  • Residential Use Only: Products are designed for home use and not tested to commercial standards.
  • Dealer Responsibility: Retail partners must inspect customer claims prior to submission.

  1. Proof of purchase (invoice/receipt).
  2. Clear photographs of the defect.

Exclusions:

This warranty does not cover:

  • Damage from negligence, improper cleaning, or misuse.
  • Commercial or institutional use.

Liability Limit:

Kemet Linen’s maximum liability is limited to the wholesale cost of the product.

30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

At Kemet Linen, we take pride in the quality of our products. If you’re not completely satisfied with the quality of a product purchased from Kemet’s Certified Retail Stores, we offer a 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee. You can return the product within 30 days from the date of receipt for a refund or replacement.

Please note: The 30-Day Guarantee only applies to products purchased directly from Kemet Linen’s Certified Retail Stores. It does not apply to items purchased through third-party sellers, as we cannot control the quality of those products.

Orders purchased at our certified retail Stores may be returned there at no additional cost. Please note that Kemet Linen reserves the right to refuse any return that violates our return policy guidelines.

Eligibility & Timeframe

  • Returns must be initiated and shipped within 30 days of confirmed delivery.
  • Only eligible items purchased from Kemet Linen’s Certified Stores are accepted.
  • We currently accept returns from customers in the U.S., Europe, Asia, and the Middle East.

Return Requirements

  • Items must be in their original, unwashed, unused condition.
  • All original tags and packaging must be intact.
  • Returns without a prior request will not be eligible for a refund.
  • Return labels expire 7 days after issuance, so ship promptly.

Return Inspection Policy

Kemet Linen reserves the right to inspect all returned or exchanged items and may limit or refuse service to customers who demonstrate excessive or irregular return activity.

Please note that items showing signs of damage, misuse, or irregular wear will not be accepted for return or exchange.

Key Limitations:

  1. Final Sale Items – No returns/exchanges on marked-down, “sale,” or “all sales final” items.
  2. Proof of Purchase Required – Original receipt or proof of purchase must accompany returns.
  3. 30-Day Window – Returns must be initiated (shipped out) within 30 days of delivery.
  4. Non-Eligible Items –
    • Monogrammed, special edition, final sale, last chance, or customized products.
    • Damaged due to improper use.
    • Custom orders (e.g., cut fabric yardage).
  5. Damaged/Defective Items – May only be exchanged for the same product (no refunds). Washed items may be denied.
  6. Approval Required – Kemet Linen can reject returns if items are soiled, damaged, or late. Denied returns will be shipped back with an explanation.

Additional Notes:

  • Applies only to retail store purchases (Trade partners must check trade.the-kemet.com).
  • Unaccepted returns are returned to the customer at their expense (implied).

Return Instructions

How to Return Your Kemet Linen Item(s)

Follow these steps to process your return under the 30-Day Guarantee:

Start Your Return Online

  • Go to Kemet Linen’s returns portal.
  • Enter your order number and the email address used for the purchase.
  • Click “Start” to begin.

Select Items & Provide Feedback

  • Choose the item(s) you wish to return.
  • Indicate your reason for return (this helps Kemet Linen improve).
  • Ensure all original packaging, gift boxes, pouches, and accessories are included for a full refund.

Wait for Approval & Shipping Label

  • Return requests take 1–3 business days to process.
  • If approved, you’ll receive a prepaid return label via email.
  • Print the label and securely attach it to your package (covering old labels).

Ship Your Return

  • Returns must be postmarked within 30 days of delivery.
  • Drop off the package with the carrier (USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on the label).
  • Unused labels expire after 30 days, and returns will no longer be accepted.

Refund Processing

  • Allow 10–14 business days from return shipment for:
    • Inspection of returned items.
    • Processing of your refund (original payment method).
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • Damaged/used items may be denied or limited to exchange only.

Kemet Linen Return Fee Schedule

Returns for items purchased through Kemet Linen’s certified retail stores are subject to a return fee, which covers the cost of return shipping, processing, handling, and repackaging.

If your order was purchased directly from one of our certified retail stores, you may return it to the same store at no additional cost.

Please note that Kemet Linen reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet the criteria outlined in our return policy. For more details, please review our full return guidelines in the FAQ section below.

Kemet Linen Exchange Policy

3-1 How to Exchange an Item

You may request an exchange within 7 days of receiving your order, provided the item is:

  • Unused, unwashed, and in original condition (with tags/packaging).
  • Not a “Last Chance” or final sale item, or customized item, or Special edition item (these cannot be exchanged).

3-2 Steps to Initiate an Exchange:

  1. Start the Exchange Process Online
    • Enter your order number and the email/phone number linked to the order.
    • Select “Exchange” as your return method.
  2. Choose Your Replacement Item
    • Select the same item (different size/color) or a different collection.
    • If exchanging for a different collection, specify the collection name, size, and color in the notes.
  3. Return the Original Item
    • Ship it back promptly—inventory is not held until your return is processed.
    • Use the provided prepaid return label (if applicable).
  4. Pay for Additional Shipping (If needed)
    • A $20 fee applies for a third shipping label (if exchanging again).
    • Must be paid before the new item ships.
  5. Receive Your Exchange
    • Once processed, you’ll get a new order confirmation.
    • If there’s a price difference, you’ll receive an invoice to pay before shipment.

Important Notes:

  • Exchanges are final—if you later return the new item, the $20 shipping fee is non-refundable.
  • “Last Chance,” “Final Sale,” or “Special Edition” items cannot be exchanged or returned.
  • Refunds (if applicable) follow the standard 10–14 business day processing time.

When Will I Get My Refund?

Refund Processing Time:

  • 3–5 business days after we receive & inspect your return.
  • A refund is issued to your original payment method.

Bank/Credit Card Processing Time:

  • It may take up to 14 business days to reflect in your account (varies by provider).
  • Note: Kemet Linen cannot speed up your bank’s processing time.

 Tip: Keep your return tracking number to confirm delivery!

Return fees are charged on a per-order basis, not per product. This means you’ll only be charged one return fee for a single return request, even if multiple items are included—unless oversized items are involved.

If your return includes a combination of standard-sized and oversized products, the oversized return fee will apply.

Please note: if you initiate a separate return for another item from the same order after an initial return has already been processed, an additional return fee will be applied.

Returning a Gift with Purchase (GWP)

If you received a free promotional gift with your order and need to return the purchased item(s), the following applies:

Full Refund Requirement:

  • Both the original item AND the GWP must be returned in the same package.
  • If the GWP is not included, its retail value will be deducted from your refund.

Return Shipping:

  • Only one prepaid return label is provided per order.
  • If returning the GWP separately, you must cover the shipping cost.

Important Notes:

  • GWP items are subject to availability (color/size/quantity determined by Kemet Linen).
  • Promotions may change or end without notice.
  • Final sale, Last Chance, or Special Edition items do not qualify for GWPs or returns.

How to Return a GWP:

  1. Include the unused GWP in your return package.
  2. Use the provided prepaid label (if applicable).
  3. If returning separately, ship at your own cost to avoid a deduction.

Receipt Transfer Policy

Non-Transferable Receipts & Refunds

  • Refunds are only issued to the original purchaser (name on the order/receipt).
  • Receipts cannot be transferred, resold, or reassigned to another person.
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation, receipt, or invoice) must match the original payment method.

Why This Policy Exists:

  • Prevents fraud and unauthorized returns.
  • Ensures refunds go back to the original buyer.

What if I purchased it as a Gift?

  • The original buyer must process the return.
  • Refunds will be issued to their original payment method.
